Delete your account and data

This page explains how to delete your data from VURR, the decision strategist app operated by Eleabel OÜ, a company registered in Estonia. You do not need an account or a lawyer to do it, and you can request deletion whether or not the app is still installed.

Delete everything (your account and all data)

Only the authenticated owner of an account can delete it. Deletion always runs against your own signed-in session and can only ever remove your own data, never anyone else's.

1. In the app (recommended). Open Profile, tap Delete account & data, and confirm. Because you are signed in, this acts only on your account. It immediately and permanently erases your account and all associated data from your device and from our servers. It cannot be undone.
2. By email, only if you linked an email to your account. If you added an email in the app and can no longer open it, email info@vurr.app from that same verified email address. We confirm that you control the account before deleting, and we act only on requests sent from the account's own verified email. We will not delete an account based on a description, or on a request from any other address. We complete verified deletions within 30 days and confirm by reply.

If you use VURR without linking an email, your account is anonymous: it is tied only to your device and to no personal identifier. For your privacy we cannot locate or verify such an account from an email, so it can only be deleted in the app, on that device, using the step above.

Delete only some of your data

You do not have to delete your whole account to remove individual content. In the app you can delete any single decision, along with its tasks and notes, and it is removed from your library. You can also export a full copy of your data at any time from Profile before deleting.

What gets deleted

• Your decisions, tasks, outcomes, chat history, execution score, streak, and decision-making profile.
• Your account identity and any email address linked to it.
• Copies held on your device and on our servers and their backups.

What we keep, and for how long

• Backups. Deleted data is removed from live systems immediately and purged from encrypted backups within 30 days.
• Records we must keep by law. If you made a purchase, we retain the minimum transaction and tax records required by law (typically up to 7 years under Estonian and EU rules). These are financial records only and are not used to re-create your VURR account.
• Waitlist email. If you joined the founding list on this website, that email is stored separately from the app. Ask us to remove it in the same message and we will.
