Privacy Policy

Who we are

VURR is operated by Eleabel OÜ, a company registered in Estonia. For anything privacy-related, write to info@vurr.app.

What we collect

• Waitlist email. If you join the founding list, we store your email address to contact you about VURR's launch. Nothing else.
• Your account. The app works anonymously by default — no name, no email. You only give us an email address if you choose to save your library so it can be restored on another device.
• What you write. The decisions, tasks, goals, outcomes and Sharpen conversations you create. This is the product; it exists to serve you, and it is never sold.
• Voice notes. If you dictate instead of typing, the recording is sent for transcription and we receive the text back. We never store the audio — it is not written to our database and not kept after transcription.
• Photos you attach. If you attach a photo to a Sharpen session, it is sent to the AI so it can reason about what you are looking at. We never store the photo. It is not written to our database and not kept after the reply is generated.
• Usage events. Structural records of how the app is used — that a decision was locked, a task completed, a session started, and how long things took. These carry no conversation text. Text-derived signals are collected only if you give separate, explicit consent, and you can withdraw it without losing the product.
• Diagnostics. Crash reports, scrubbed so they never carry your decision, goal or task content.
• Calendar. If you schedule a task, the event is written to the calendar on your device. It is never uploaded to us.
• Site analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which sites link to us. It sets no cookies, uses no device fingerprinting, and does not follow you across other websites. We cannot identify you from it.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data. Ever.
• We don't use your decisions to train shared AI models.
• We don't run Google Analytics, advertising trackers, or any third-party script that sets cookies. That is why this site has no cookie banner — there is nothing to consent to.

Processors

These are every third party that touches your data, and what each one is for. Each processes data only on our instructions, under a data processing agreement.

• Supabase — the database and sign-in behind the app. Your library is stored here, in the EU (Frankfurt).
• Vercel — hosts this website and the app's API.
• OpenRouter and Anthropic — Sharpen's replies are generated by Anthropic's Claude, reached through OpenRouter. What you write in a Sharpen conversation, and any photo you attach to it, is sent to them to produce the reply. It is not used to train their models.
• OpenAI — transcribes voice notes (Whisper) and returns text. The audio is not retained by us.
• PostHog — product analytics, on their EU servers.
• Sentry — crash reporting, on their EU (Germany) servers.
• RevenueCat and Google Play — handle subscriptions and payment. We never see your card details.
• Resend — sends the emails the service has to send you.

Your rights (GDPR) & data export

Deleting your account. In the app, go to Profile → Delete account. That erases your library, your usage events and your sign-in from our servers immediately, and removes the calendar events VURR created on that device. It cannot be undone. You can also do this from vurr.app/delete.

You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@vurr.app. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI).

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll tell you by email before it takes effect.
